In this session, you’ll hear from evaluation experts, frontline clinicians, and Infoway program leaders about what it takes to pilot and scale AI scribes in real-world settings. We’ll share early findings from a B.C. pilot study, explore the provider experience, and discuss Infoway’s national approach to supporting readiness and adoption. We’ll also highlight ongoing evaluation efforts through national surveys to track impact, guide improvements, and inform future implementation.
