About the Survey

This page provides results from the 2024 Canadian Digital Health Survey with trending of selected questions from previous years' surveys where data is available. These annually conducted surveys are based on a variety of utilization and attitudinal tracking metrics regarding digital health services in Canada. The surveys provide actionable insights to help advance the digital health landscape in Canada.

Survey Topics

The survey collects data on the access to and use of various digital health services, including electronic access to personal health information. It also gathers data on factors that may influence access and utilization patterns. The survey includes a range of patients-reported experience measures designed to capture experience with and perspectives of connected health,care coordination,and the use of AI scribe solutions by healthcare providers during medical encounters. In addition, it collects a variety of socio-demographic, economic, racial, geographic, and health status descriptors.
