Pan-Canadian Trendlines Dashboard
Understanding pan-Canadian adoption of digital health tools and sharing of patient health data
Pan-Canadian Trendlines Dashboard
What is Pan-Canadian Trendlines Dashboard? This dashboard has been built to satisfy this need. It tracks three key progress areas: patient access to their health records, health care providers’ adoption of electronic tools to support patient care, and sharing of patient health information among providers.
As Canada moves towards a more digital and connected health system, there is a need to understand multi-year pan-Canadian trends around clinicians’ and citizens’ adoption of digital health tools and clinicians’ sharing of clinical data.
When is the dashboard updated?
This dashboard will be refreshed regularly to reflect the latest progress and present up-to-date trends. Infoway and partners are continuing to assess the current state of clinicians’ and citizens’ adoption of digital health tools and clinicians’ sharing of clinical data through
various surveys.
How to use the dashboard?
Methodology
This dashboard uses data collected from various pan-Canadian landscape, provider, and citizen surveys. It presents an evolving view of the Canadian digital health landscape.
